DRIVING LICENSE CLASSES

The driving license class is based on the type and capacity of the vehicle. There are over ten classes of vehicles as determined by the Malaysian Road Transport Department (JPJ). The type of driver's license that the license holder is eligible to drive is stated on the driver's license card. The following are the usual license classes held by drivers in Malaysia. Every driver's license in Malaysia requires renewal (renew) annually according to the number of years to be renewed.
